Walking is allowed year round on Keith Hills I, however from April 1st through June 1st and October 13th through November 11th, there is only one price.

Walking on Keith Hills II is allowed year round from Monday through Thursday. Friday through Sunday Carts are required. From April 1st through June 1st and October 13th through November 11th, there is only one price.
