PGMSA Golf Marathon

On March 31, 2008, the Campbell University Professional Golf Management Student Association (PGMSA) will kick-off a student-led fundraising campaign directed towards the construction of a state-of-the-art learning center. Riverwood Golf and Athletic Club in Raleigh, NC will host our first event, a golf marathon, in which eighteen PGMSA Members will play golf from dawn-to-dusk.

As a donor, you can either make a one time contribution or sponsor a student in the golf marathon. Choosing to sponsor a participant allows you to select a "per hole" rate. Your contribution will be determined by the number of holes your player completes during the day.  For example, if you choose to sponsor Joe Pro at a $1.00 per hole rate and Joe plays 100 holes, your contribution would total $100.

All proceeds generated from this event will be allocated towards a fund set-up for the learning center.  Current plans for this 14,400 sq. ft. facility feature multiple classrooms, a golf shop, indoor practice complex, a fitness center, comprehensive club repair and fitting equipment, golfer development studio, and much more!  This facility will better educate and train our students to become future PGA Professionals.
